Help Guide
How to get things done in Atlas, area by area.
- 1
Sign in
Atlas uses your workspace account. Sign in once and every page keeps your session; use Settings to review your profile.
- 2
Use the left menu
The sidebar groups every screen by job: Overview, Providers, Clinical Trials, Hospitals & Facilities, Intelligence & Analytics, NIH Research, Projects, Compliance, Data & Sync, Engineering, then Help & Documentation. Only one group is open at a time — opening a new one closes the previous group.
- 3
Search from anywhere
The search bar at the top of every screen looks up providers, organizations and trials by name or NPI. Picking a result opens the record directly, which is faster than drilling through a list.
- 4
Ask the SuperAgent
The sparkle button in the bottom-right corner opens the SuperAgent, an assistant that knows the data model and can point you at the right screen or suggest a query.
Good to know
- On a phone the sidebar becomes a slide-out drawer behind the menu button; the bottom bar holds your most-used destinations.
- Every page has a back arrow on mobile, so you can return to a list after opening a record.
